Kathy Cruz

Kathy Cruz is an experienced community engagement professional with a strong background in liaising between organizations and the community. Currently serving as CUA Community Liaison at Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha since March 2013, Kathy promotes programs and addresses community concerns in the 24th and 26th Police Districts. Past roles include Community Liaison Coordinator and Program Coordinator for the City of Philadelphia, where strategic community engagement and resource connection were key responsibilities. Kathy's earlier experience includes supporting the zoning process for constituents at Philadelphia City Council and various administrative roles at The Eastern Pennsylvania Organizing Project. Kathy holds an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from the Community College of Philadelphia and has a diploma in Instrumental Music from the Creative and Performing Arts High School.
