Ionut Pascu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, strategy, and organizational management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Meridiam, Ionut is also an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Netcity, overseeing strategic direction and financial processes. Ionut holds positions on the Advisory Board of AFIN and as a Member of the Independent Directors Association. As the Founding President of Asociatia The Social Incubator, Ionut leads initiatives focused on social entrepreneurship and support for orphan children and teenagers in Romania. Prior roles include key executive positions at Electrica and Telekom Romania, as well as a long tenure at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, culminating in leadership roles across different practices. Ionut's academic background includes a Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
