Daryl Wilkes has a diverse work experience spanning various fields and industries. Daryl most recently held the position of Director of Customer Care at ASOS.com, where they were responsible for overseeing customer care operations. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Transformation at Gobeyond Partners, where they played a key role in reshaping and improving businesses. Daryl also held several roles at Vodafone UK, including Head of Transformation & Change, and Head of Estate Transformation, where they spearheaded major transformation and change initiatives. Daryl has also worked at Wesleyan Assurance Society as a Manufacturing Strategy Manager and at Cooperative Financial Services in various positions, including Performance Improvement Manager and Internal Consultant/Project Manager. Their experience includes managing projects, developing strategies, implementing transformation programs, and leading teams.

Daryl Wilkes pursued their education diligently, starting in 1998 when they enrolled in The Manchester Metropolitan University. Daryl pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies & Sport, diligently attending classes and working hard until their graduation in 2001.

After gaining valuable knowledge and skills from their bachelor's degree, Daryl decided to further advance their education in the field of business. In 2008, they enrolled at Staffordshire University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their commitment and dedication to their studies at Staffordshire University allowed him to successfully complete their MBA program in 2011.

Throughout their educational journey, Daryl focused on their passion for business and continuously expanded their knowledge and expertise in the field. Daryl successfully completed their BSc in Business Studies & Sport from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2001, followed by the completion of their MBA from Staffordshire University in 2011.
