Nikki Isaac

Nikki Isaac has extensive work experience in the field of Learning & Development, with a focus on leadership, talent management, and diversity. Nikki currently holds the position of Global Head of Learning & Development at ASOS.com. Prior to this, they worked at Avast as Global Head of Learning, Engagement & Diversity, and Global Head of Learning. Nikki also held senior managerial roles at Cabot Financial and Barclays UK, where they oversaw leadership, learning, and talent development. Earlier in their career, Nikki served as Director at NKI Leadership Consultants Ltd. and held various learning and performance management positions at Nomura Securities, Lehman Brothers, and ITOCHU Corporation. Nikki Isaac obtained a Double Bachelor Degree in Asian Studies & Marketing from Curtin University, where they studied from 1986 to 1991.
