Jill Daugherty

Jill Daugherty is an accomplished finance professional with significant leadership experience in various organizations. Currently serving as VP of FP&A at Advanced Sterilization Products, Jill has previously held senior director roles in financial intelligence, data governance, and margin assurance at Lumen Technologies and Level 3 Communications. Additionally, Jill has contributed as a finance committee member and former board member for the Women's Bean Project. Jill began their career in finance and business process improvement at Level 3 Communications and participated in the MBA Leadership Rotation Program at Avaya. Jill Daugherty holds an MBA in Finance and General Management, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.
