Pearl Diep is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and quality assurance with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance for LATAM at Advanced Sterilization Products since April 2019, Pearl previously held roles as Senior Manager of Market Quality for the Americas at Johnson & Johnson and has a long tenure at Advanced Sterilization Products in various quality-focused positions since 2004. Pearl's career began at Beckman Coulter as an Associate Scientist, followed by a QA Technician role at Kelly Scientific. Pearl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Calgary.
