Amanda Herz

Amanda (AJ) Herz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant management, fundraising, and community engagement across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Grants and Compliance at the ASPCA, Amanda oversees the entire grants lifecycle for diverse programs focused on animal welfare. Previously, as the Annual Giving Manager at Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare, Amanda successfully solicited sponsorships for key fundraising events and established significant community health initiatives. A proven leader, Amanda has consistently increased funding through innovative strategies and strong community relationships while managing teams and projects at various educational and nonprofit institutions. Amanda holds a Master's of Public Affairs from The Harry S. Truman School of Public Affairs and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
