Jenny Trawick

Director, Talent Acquisition at ASPCA

Jenny Trawick has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Jenny is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at the ASPCA since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a part of the Employer and Industry Partnerships project at the University of Colorado Denver from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Recruiter/Human Resources professional and later as the Volunteer Services Coordinator at the Dumb Friends League. Jenny also has experience as the Director of Youth Leadership Programs at Little Helping Hands from 2015 to 2017.

Earlier in their career, Jenny worked as a Math Presenter for Sapling Learning from 2014 to 2015 and as the Staffing Manager and Volunteer & Youth Programs Coordinator at Thinkery from 2011 to 2014. Jenny also has teaching experience as a Math Teacher at Northside ISD from 2010 to 2011 and from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they served as the Volunteer & Youth Program Manager at Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity from 2008 to 2010.

Throughout their various roles, Jenny has demonstrated skills in talent acquisition, project management, program development, volunteer management, and teaching.

Jenny Trawick completed their Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a minor in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin between 2002 and 2006.
