Pete Soens

Pete Soens, CEBS, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Benefits at ASPCA since April 2025. Previously, Pete held the position of Director of Total Rewards at Nouria and was the HR Benefits and Compensation Manager at Roche Bros. Supermarkets. Early in the career, Pete worked at Boston Scientific focusing on HR Talent Development, followed by experience as an HR Manager in various roles, including at Tufts Medical Center, managing benefits and compensation. Other notable roles include HR Manager at SP+ and HR Analyst at Culligan International. Pete holds a CEBS designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
