Lindsay Pearsall has over 14 years of experience in various HR and leadership roles. Starting in 2000, they worked their way up in Shurgard Self-Storage, where they gained experience as a Manager in Training, Manager in several locations, and Senior Store Manager. Lindsay then joined Opti Staffing Group in 2007 as an Administrative Account Manager and later became a Branch Manager, responsible for full-cycle recruiting and maintaining client relationships. Lindsay Pearsall briefly worked at Monterey Gourmet Foods as an HR representative before taking on an HR Generalist role. In 2014, they joined GGLO as the Director of Talent Acquisition & HR, where they revamped talent acquisition efforts and achieved significant improvements in employee referrals and accepted offers. Lindsay Pearsall currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Aspect Consulting LLC, where they lead the development of company culture, policies, compensation structures, and benefits offerings. Lindsay is also a Board Member at EarthGen, providing HR leadership and advice for organizational growth and recruitment strategies.
Lindsay Pearsall, CPC, CTS has a diverse education history. Lindsay completed a Certificate of Completion in Anti-Racism through the Diversity and Resiliency Institute of El Paso in 2020. In 2008, Lindsay pursued continuous education in PHR/SPHR through Powell Human Resources. Additionally, Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fine Art & Graphic Design from the Northwest College of Art & Design.
In terms of certifications, Lindsay is Mental Health First Aid Certified, having obtained this certification in May 2021 from the National Council for Behavioral Health and the Missouri Department of Health. Lindsay also obtained the CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and CTS (Certified Temporary Specialist) certifications from the National Association of Personnel Services in September 2013.
