Shawn Canaday

Shawn Canaday is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Aspect Energy since February 2018, Shawn previously held the same position at Fuse Energy, LLC from June 2014 to January 2018. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Berry Petroleum Company included various roles such as Vice President Finance, Treasurer, and Interim Chief Financial Officer from December 2003 to February 2014. Earlier experience includes positions at Brown Armstrong Accountancy Corporation as an Auditor/Senior Auditor and at Chevron as an Analyst/Internal Auditor. Shawn Canaday holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Fresno.
