Chanel Turnquest

Chanel Turnquest has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as a Property Management Specialist at Wealth Properties Management since October 2019, and as an International Coordinator at Aspect Foundation since April 2022. Additionally, Chanel is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with ALL The Way Realty, a role held since 2011. Previous positions include Lead Contact Tracer at Public Consulting Group from December 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities involved managing COVID-19 contact tracing and providing support to those affected. Chanel also held the position of CNY Regional Property Manager at East\West Properties from January 2014 to 2019 and served as a Legislative Aide for the NYS Democratic Assembly from 2007 to 2010. Early career experience includes roles as a Sales Associate with Prudential Peters Realty and a Realtor at Century 21 Metrostar. Currently, Chanel is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Applied Communication at the State University of New York at Oswego, alongside an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Professional Communication and Media Studies from Onondaga Community College.
