Libby Hopkins

Libby Hopkins is an RYT 200 Yoga Instructor currently teaching at Mi Vida Yoga and pursuing yoga instructor training with a focus on Chair Yoga and Reiki. As an International Foreign Exchange Coordinator at Aspect Foundation, Libby combines yoga instruction with international coordination. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Hospice of New Mexico and working as a Hospice Nurse at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. Ongoing education includes training in hot and room temperature yoga techniques at Sacred Heart & S.O.A.L. Mystic Yoga School.
