Bryan McCloud

Bryan McCloud has worked as a Platform Engineer at Five9 since April 2022. Previously, they worked at Aspect Software where they held the positions of Lead Business Application Consultant since May 2017 and Principal Business Application Consultant since June 2012. Prior to that, Bryan worked at AT&T Mobility as a Customer Service Manager from July 2003 to June 2012.

Bryan McCloud attended East Tennessee State University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
