Jim Gillis

Jim Gillis is currently working as a Tech Lead/Manager at Aspect Software since January 2016. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Concerto Software as an R & D Manager since 1992. Jim also has experience as a Tech Lead at Davox Corporation from 1992 to 2002.
