Mary Russo

Mary Russo has a strong background in software engineering and quality assurance. Mary started their career at Raytheon in 1985 as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 1988. Mary then moved on to Digital Equipment Corporation, where they worked as a Principle Software Engineer from 1988 to 1999. In 2013, they joined Percussion Software as a Software Quality Engineering Lead, and was responsible for testing their CM1 Web Content Management platform. Mary led an Agile team in creating and managing a nightly continuous test automation infrastructure. Since 2015, Mary has been working at Aspect Software as a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they serve as a dual role of Principal QA Lead Engineer and Scrum Master for Aspect Via, a Cloud Contact Center Platform. Mary leads a large, high-performing Scrum team in delivering high-quality software in an organized Agile environment. Mary is also responsible for leading the QA testing efforts for the team.
