Thomas Prichard

Prichard, Thomas has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and quality assurance. Prichard, started their career in 1993 at Eshare as a QA analyst, where they worked until 1998. In 1998, they joined Aspect Software as a Principle Cloud Services Engineer and Technical Lead. At Aspect Software, they were responsible for QA testing and automation tools development for scenario functionality testing in call center applications. Prichard, also configured and maintained different phone systems for integration testing and developed automation tools using CTI Interface combined with Aspect Unified IP Desktop API's to provide real-world scenario testing. In the same year, they also started working at Melita International as a software developer until 2005.

Prichard, Thomas completed their high school education successfully at Chadwicks High School from 1976 to 1980. Prichard, obtained a High School Diploma with honors, achieving the prestigious title of Valedictorian. This program focused on preparing students for college and university studies. Following their graduation from Chadwicks High School, from 1980 to 1982, Thomas pursued higher education at Mohawk Valley Community College. Here, they focused their studies in the field of Electrical Engineering and completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in this discipline.
