Ram Avissar, Adv. CPA

Ram Avissar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ram is currently the owner of Realize since September 2019. Prior to that, they served as the owner of BITSME, a business consultancy firm specializing in blockchain ventures. Ram also held the position of CFO at Hyro, a company driving digital transformation through conversational AI, from September 2019 onwards. Avissar served as CFO at Imagene AI since April 2021, and also held the role of CFO at Aspecto, a company focused on helping developers find and fix issues in applications. Ram worked as the CFO of Cymptom starting from January 2021 and served as a strategic advisor at Revault Network from March 2021 to September 2022. From March 2021 to December 2021, Avissar served as the CFO of getWizer. Additionally, they worked as a business development advisor at Bygr, a prop-tech company, from August 2019 to May 2020. Avissar's work experience also includes serving as a senior strategy advisor at Wemark, a decentralized digital licensing platform and marketplace, from February 2018 to September 2019.

Ram Avissar completed their Bachelor's degree in Laws (LLB) with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2009 to 2012. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university.
