Andrea Katsari began their work experience in 2009 as an Office Administrator at Trident Properties, where they worked until November 2012. In February 2013, they joined H2O Services as a Marketing Assistant for a few months. Since August 2013, Andrea has been working at Aspects Beauty, starting as a Junior Brand Manager and progressing through roles such as Brand Manager and Marketing Manager. As of January 2022, they hold the position of Head of Marketing - Premium & Niche at Aspects Beauty.

Andrea Katsari earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Nottingham University Business School between 2009 and 2012. In 2013, they completed their NCFE Level 2 in Equality & Diversity from NCFE. Andrea pursued further education in digital marketing, obtaining a Diploma from the Institute of Digital Marketing (IDM) and attending Squared Online, where they received a certification in Digital Marketing in 2017. Prior to their university education, they attended Moira House Girls School from 1998 to 2009.
