As Deputy Head of North America, Megan played a major role in supporting the U.S. clients and growing the North American operations. Today, she is focused driving business growth through the development of the people and the global teams. Megan is an ICF-certified coach and a Master NLP Practitioner, and focuses on training, coaching and upskilling the talented workforce in everything from strategic skills, to confidence building and business development.
