Jolyon Rawson

Jolyon Rawson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to process engineering, operations management, and technology strategy. Jolyon is currently serving as the Senior Director of Process Engineering at Aspen Aerogels since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Morgan Advanced Materials as an Operations Manager from October 2016 to December 2020, where they had full operational responsibility for a business unit involved in developing and fabricating aerospace and medical implant sub-assemblies. Jolyon also has experience in areas like process development, business development, lean six sigma practices, and team building. Before joining Morgan Advanced Materials, they served as the VP SOFC Operations at Atrex Energy from 2011 to September 2016 and as the Engineering Director at Acumentrics Corporation from 2000 to 2011. Jolyon started their career at CERAM Research Ltd in 1996, where they held various roles including Technology Strategy Analyst, Project Manager, and Materials Scientist.
