Leah Trombley

Leah Trombley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee experience and HR coordination. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Aspen Aerogels since February 2022, Leah previously held the position of Employee Experience Assistant at Cargill from July 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that role, Leah worked as an HR Coordinator at FGX International for eight years, and started their career as a Customer Service Representative at NG&G Facility Services Int'l for a brief period. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Rhode Island College, earned between 2003 and 2008.
