Heather Merritt holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Aspen Aerogels since May 2022, Heather contributes to the manufacturing of innovative solutions for the electric vehicle and energy storage markets. Previously, Heather worked at Great Dane Trailers from January 2012 to May 2022, starting as Payroll Administrator and rising to Human Resources Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Quickway Carriers, At Home Party Plan, Nash Finch GMS, and Ogeechee Technical College, where a strong foundation in business and office administration was established.
