Richard Williams is an experienced restaurant management professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Operating Partner at Aspen Creek Grill since July 2015, Richard previously held the position of General Manager at Saltgrass Steak House with Landry's Restaurants from 2013 to July 2015. Prior to that, Richard was the Managing Partner at Texas Roadhouse from February 2007 to October 2013, and the Area Director at Carino's Italian from January 2002 to January 2007. Richard’s career began at Chili's as a Manager from January 1994 to January 2002, following a service tenure as a Combat Medic in the US Army from January 1990 to January 1994. Richard pursued education at St. Mary's University from 1992 to 1994 and East Texas Baptist University.
