Rich Allen

Rich Allen is an experienced journalist specializing in sports reporting and editing. Currently serving as the Sports Editor and Assistant Editor at Aspen Daily News since January 2022, Rich has a diverse background in various media roles, including positions as a reporter at Glenwood Springs Post Independent and St. George News, as well as a freelance writer covering high school sports. Previous experiences include a media relations internship with the New Orleans Baby Cakes, where Rich conducted player interviews and compiled game notes, and a staff writer role at BSN Denver, focusing on the Colorado Rockies.
