Bob Roscoe

Bob Roscoe has extensive experience in real estate management, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at Aspen Dental since December 2017, where the focus is on providing access to care. Prior to this, Roscoe held the position of Vice President of Real Estate at Walgreens from 1999 to December 2017, overseeing all real estate activities in the U.S., including new store expansions and facility management. Earlier roles include Director of Real Estate at Walgreens, where Roscoe established a development services team, and Director of Development at Glimcher Group, managing retail project development. Roscoe began their career as Real Estate Manager at Boston Market/Einstein Bros. Bagels, developing expansion strategies in Chicago. Roscoe holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from DePaul University.
