Katherine Bouma

Katherine Bouma, M.A., is an experienced learning and development professional currently serving as Senior Manager of L&D at Aspen Dental since February 2020. In this role, Katherine oversees the management and development of learning journeys for clinical audiences and addresses performance challenges within the organization.
