Debra de la Torre

Debra De La Torre is an experienced environmental professional with a focus on wildlife biology and environmental compliance. Currently serving as an Environmental Compliance Specialist at Aspen Environmental Group since July 2019, Debra also holds positions as a Senior Biologist and on-call Staff Biologist at KMEA since October 2016.
