Neda Rastegar Delmont

Neda Rastegar Delmont has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries and roles. Neda Rastegar began their career as a Mediation Caseworker at the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center in 2001. In 2004, they worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Jeffrey S. White at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Neda then served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice Harriet O’Neill at the Supreme Court of Texas from 2006 to 2007. Neda Rastegar continued their legal career as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2016, Neda was employed as a Legal Counsel at the Baha'i World Centre. Most recently, in 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Aspen Environmental Group.

Neda Rastegar Delmont received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from UCLA, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Neda Rastegar then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006.
