Ian McPartling has over 30 years of experience in the software development industry. Ian started their career as a Test Engineer at Western Digital in 1988 before moving on to Measurex Honeywell as a Software Engineer in 1990. In 1994, they joined Tecnomen Tecnotree as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 1997. Ian then became a Senior Software Engineer at Snap-on Tools for a year before joining Horner Electric as a Lead Software Engineer in 1998.

In 1999, Ian joined Motorola as a Staff Engineer and worked there until 2007. During this time, they gained extensive experience in various roles, including Lead Software Engineer at Horner Electric and Staff Engineer at Motorola. In 2007, they worked as a Consultant .Net Developer at DSI | DeCare Systems Ireland, where they participated in the development of an enterprise e-Commerce system using ASP.NET 2.0.

From 2007 to 2010, Ian worked at AspiraCon as a Lead Software Engineer, focusing on ASP.NET 3.5 application development for various enterprise applications. Finally, they joined Aspen Grove Solutions in 2010 as a Lead Software Engineer, where they developed backend services, microservices, and web services using .NET, SOAP, REST, and Message Bus for property management systems serving US Bank and Wells Fargo.

Ian McPartling attended Munster Technological University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Dip. in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
