Heather Cox

Heather Cox is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Aspen Healthcare since June 2022, Heather has previously held significant nursing leadership roles, including Director of Nursing Services and MDS Coordinator at Touchstone Communities. Heather also has experience as Director of Nursing Services at Focused Post Acute Care Partners and as Director of Nursing at Senior Care Centers. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Nursing at Regency Healthcare & Rehabilitation and Nurse Practice Educator at Genesis.
