Daniel Lopez

Daniel Lopez, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and management. Currently serving as Controller at Aspen Heights Partners since March 2023, Daniel previously held key positions at Hines as Accounting Manager and Senior Project Accountant from October 2018 to March 2023. Daniel's career began at Deloitte, where roles included Audit Senior and AERS Intern, contributing from September 2014 to October 2018. Additional experience includes internships at PwC and Stride Rite Corporation, alongside a role as To-Go Specialist at Chili's Restaurant. Daniel earned a Master in Professional Accounting with a focus on Financial Reporting and Assurance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and participated in a BBA Exchange Program at the University of St. Gallen.
