Paul Dastis has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President of Environmental at Aspen Insurance Group since April 2025. Prior to this role, Paul worked as Vice President at Beacon Hill Associates from April 2024 to April 2025 and held a significant position as Managing Director of the Environmental Division at The Hartford from July 2013 to April 2024. Additional experience includes serving as East Coast Zonal Vice President at Navigators, AVP at Liberty International Underwriters, VP at Marsh, and Regional Manager at AIG. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Binghamton University, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
