Jeanette Rivera-Watts

Jeanette Rivera-Watts is a Search Consultant at Aspen Leadership Group. Jeanette has over 10 years of experience in higher education, including serving as the Director of Engagement and Constituent Relations at Ithaca College from 2008 to 2019. In this role, they oversaw a team of five direct reports and was responsible for liaising with ICUnity, an affinity group serving underrepresented populations within the college community. Jeanette was also the staff liaison to the Alumni Association Board of Directors Diversity & Inclusion Committee, where they worked with committee members to advise the alumni board around keeping diversity, equity and inclusion in the forefront of their work.

Jeanette has a bachelor's degree in Communications from Fordham University and a master's degree in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Jeanette is originally from New York City and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA.

Jeanette Rivera-Watts attended Presentation High School and earned their B.S. from Emerson College in Film. Jeanette is certified as a Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP.
