Jane Albert

Jane Albert is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Aspen Legal since January 2022. Previously, Jane held Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel positions at lexvoco from 2016 to 2021 and at carsales.com.au in 2015-2016. Jane’s legal career also includes a tenure as Legal Counsel at the Australian Red Cross from 2010 to 2015, and a position at the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission as a Telecommunications Enforcement & Compliance Project Officer from 2009 to 2010, where Jane investigated various forms of unfair conduct. Earlier roles include serving as a Mergers & Acquisitions Project Officer and a Volunteer Law Student at the Public Interest Law Clearing House (Vic) from 2007 to 2008. Jane holds both an LLB and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Melbourne, completed in 2008.
