Sanja Marais

Sanja Marais is an experienced technology and security leader, currently serving as the Chief Technology and Security Officer and General Manager of Technology and Innovation at Aspen Medical since April 2017. Prior to this role, Sanja held various influential positions at Medibank from March 2013 to February 2017, including Head of Analytics and Infrastructure Capability and Head of Assurance and Enablement for Population Health Delivery Networks, where efforts focused on delivering data-driven healthcare services. Additionally, Sanja was involved in the National Reporting and Projects Manager position for Medibank's Garrison Health Services, facilitating quality healthcare access for the Australian Defence Force. Earlier in the career, Sanja worked as a Course Facilitator at Canberra Institute of Technology, teaching business management subjects and empowering women in the workforce through the LOW4 program. Sanja holds a Master's of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Pretoria.
