Bob Schultze

Bob Schultze has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Bob started their career at Becton Dickinson (BD Biosciences) in 1997, where they served as the Director of Facilities Planning & Project Management. In this role, they managed various activities across 1.7 million square feet of facilities, overseeing the production of monoclonal antibody reagents and the manufacture of medical devices. Bob played a crucial role in maximizing occupancy and manufacturing capacity through proactive forecasting and strategic planning. Bob worked at BD Biosciences until 2012.
