Bonnie Stofer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bonnie is currently the Director of Talent Programs at Aspen Neuroscience, Inc., where they lead high-volume recruitment and spearheaded employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director of Talent Programs at the same company, implementing an applicant tracking system and building educational and communications initiatives.

Before joining Aspen Neuroscience, Bonnie worked as an Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Consultant, providing consulting services to startups and businesses. Bonnie specialized in developing employer brand messaging, talent acquisition strategies, and executive coaching.

Bonnie also served as an Associate Director of Executive Search & Strategic Projects at Ipsen, where they managed executive search and strategic projects.

In addition, Bonnie has experience in higher education as the Director of Business Central at SUNY Adirondack. Bonnie led career services and entrepreneurship programming, developed partnerships, and promoted an entrepreneurial mindset among students and the college community.

Earlier in their career, Bonnie worked as an Executive Search Consultant at The Chase Group, Inc., specializing in executive search, leadership coaching, and strategic planning consultation for the life sciences industry. Bonnie also owned their own consulting and coaching firm, ShiftCourse Consulting & Coaching, LLC.

Their previous roles include Director of Account Management at FingerPaint Marketing, Adjunct Instructor at Sage College, and SVP of Business Development & Integration at Palio Communications, an inVentiv Health Company.

Bonnie Stofer holds a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies (MALS) from Skidmore College. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Connecticut-Stamford. Additionally, Bonnie obtained the certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All from LinkedIn in May 2021.
