Angel Recht

Angel Recht currently serves as the Director of Talent Attraction & Programs at ITW, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Angel was the Vice President of Investment Recruiting at GTCR LLC, where responsibilities included recruiting for Investment and Internal Operations teams and developing DEI strategies. With extensive experience in campus recruiting, Angel managed undergrad and MBA recruitment at West Monroe, enhancing program operations and recruitment strategies. Other notable roles include Engagement Manager at CIC Plus, Associate Director of Strategic Programs at Aptean, and Senior Manager of Client Success at SumTotal Systems. Angel’s career began at Huron as a healthcare consultant, following a graduate internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Angel holds a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development, both from Vanderbilt University.
