Steve Hoyt has over 20 years of experience in information technology, working in various leadership roles for prominent companies in the healthcare industry.

Starting in 1999, Steve joined GE Healthcare's Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP), where they underwent intensive training and rotations to develop their technical and leadership skills. One of their notable achievements during this program was the establishment of a cost-effective web application development team to support business functions.

After completing the ITLP, Steve took on the role of IT Project Manager for Clinical Services at GE Healthcare. Steve then moved on to become an IT Program Manager for Supply Chain Operations, leading critical projects such as global warehouse consolidation and ERP integration.

In 2005, Steve was promoted to Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at GE Healthcare. In this position, they led a global team of Lean Leaders and drove operational excellence initiatives, resulting in significant improvements in cash flow, streamlined development processes, and the implementation of a global Quality Management System (QMS).

Steve later joined NeoGenomics Laboratories as Chief Technology Officer, where they were responsible for driving business development and technology innovation in analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

In 2017, Steve became the Head of Information Technology at Human Longevity, Inc., where they designed and implemented enterprise-class systems capable of handling significant increases in volume, while also reducing technology costs.

In 2018, Steve joined Quidel as the Vice President of Information Systems, leading the global expansion of systems and operations following the acquisition of the Triage business. Steve played a pivotal role in Quidel's growth during the COVID pandemic, which saw the company's revenue increase from $500M to $1.6B.

Currently, Steve is the Executive Director of Information Technology at Aspen Neuroscience, Inc.

Steve Hoyt attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Steve also completed a certificate in Business from the Wisconsin School of Business, with a focus on Management Information Systems. In addition to their academic achievements, Steve has earned certifications including the Executive Information Management Program (EIMP) from GE and Carnegie Mellon University, the Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt from GE, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
