Safia Bayat, a skilled pharmacy professional, has a range of experience in regulatory affairs and pharmacy roles. Currently, at Aspen Pharma South Africa, Safia serves as the Regulatory Affairs Lead for new products, in addition to being a Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist and Medical Information Pharmacist. Prior to this, Safia held positions at Netcare and Life Healthcare as a Locum Retail Pharmacist and Hospital Pharmacist, respectively. Safia began their career with an internship and community service at the Department of Health KwaZulu Natal after earning a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with honors from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
