Alexander began their education journey in 1986 at Belaruski Dzjaržeuny Medycynski Universitet, where they earned their MD in Medicine in 1994. Following this, they pursued a Certificate in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from Centennial College from 2001 to 2003. Alexander then attended the University of Toronto, completing an Accreditation Course in 2003 and a CCPE Continuing Education program in Cardiology from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, in 2009 to 2010, they focused on Endocrinology: Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome at the University of Toronto.
