Lizelle Stander

Lizelle Stander has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning over several roles and companies. Lizelle started their career as an Institutional Pharmacist at State Hospital, Eastern Cape from 1991 to 1994. Lizelle then worked as a Pharmacy Manager and Responsible Pharmacist at Topcare Pharmacy CC from 1995 to 1998. Lizelle joined Fresenius Kabi in 1998, where they held various positions including Product Release Pharmacist - Steriles, Production Pharmacist - Steriles (Small Volume Parenterals), Regulatory Pharmacist, and Production Pharmacist - Steriles (Large Volume Parenterals) until 2005. Lizelle then worked as an Institutional Pharmacist at Netcare from 2005 to 2006. Afterwards, Lizelle joined Aspen Pharma Group in 2007 and held several roles including Product Release Pharmacist - Solids, Compliance Manager - Steriles, Quality Systems Manager - Steriles, and Quality Assurance Manager - Steriles (Small Volume Parenteral) until 2018. In their role at Aspen Pharma Group, Lizelle focused on quality management, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, vendor management, and process validation. Lizelle also provided strategic and technical leadership for quality initiatives. Overall, Lizelle Stander has accumulated extensive pharmaceutical industry experience with a focus on quality and compliance.

Lizelle Stander attended Nelson Mandela University from 1987 to 1990, where they completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with a focus on Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Pharmacy Practice.
