Katie Urness

Katie Urness serves as the General Manager of Calgary Tower since June 2018, overseeing high-level management and business operations while mentoring the Tower Management team. Additionally, Katie holds multiple roles at Aspen Properties, including Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives & Marketing, Director of Marketing & Flex Space, and General Manager of Co-Working. Previous experience includes managing daily operations and strategic initiatives at Calgary Tower from 2010 to 2018, where significant projects included overseeing major events and developing marketing strategies. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Calgary, earned in 2010.
