Timothy Baldwin

Timothy Baldwin serves as Vice President of Food and Beverage at Aspen Skiing Company since December 2017. In conjunction with this role, Timothy previously held the position of General Manager at Residences at The Little Nell from December 2017 to November 2020, managing a Forbes 5 Star and AAA 5 Diamond fractional ownership property. Prior to that, Timothy worked as Director of Food and Beverage at Monarch Beach Resort, where a revenue of $45 million was generated across nine outlets, and at The Little Nell, where management of significant food and beverage revenue and operations took place at multiple outlets, including a Forbes 5 Star restaurant. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Summit Restaurant at The Broadmoor and previous roles overseeing wine programs across a variety of high-end establishments. Timothy completed the General Managers Program at Cornell University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
