Jenny Thear

Jenny (Souksavath) Thear is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the finance and human resources sectors. Currently serving as the COO and Co-Founder of aspenHR since April 2017, Jenny has held impactful roles such as Vice President at TriNet from 2015 to 2017 and Audit & Assurance at KPMG US from 2007 to 2015. Jenny played a key role at Rothstein Kass prior to its acquisition by KPMG, and has also contributed to Wells Fargo and Accountancy Services early in their career. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Francisco State University’s Lam Family College of Business.
