Joe Mauceri

Joe Mauceri currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Aspen HR, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Director of PEO Acquisitions, Reporting, and State UI Taxes at Paychex from December 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities included conducting due diligence on PEO acquisition targets and managing state unemployment tax strategies for over 75 legal entities. Joe's extensive experience also includes serving as Controller at Oasis Outsourcing from May 1999 until its acquisition by Paychex in December 2018, overseeing financial analysis, strategy, and planning for a company that achieved over $12B in annual gross revenues. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting from Northwood University.
