Erica L.

Erica L. has over 20 years of work experience in marketing, communications, social engagement, and user experience design. Her career began in 1999 as a Producer at KSIM Radio. In 2010, they took on a Technical Writer Intern role at Realtime Transcription, Inc. and Co-Editor in Chief role at Voices Magazine.

In 2010, Erica joined Sequoia Cloud Solutions as a Social Media & Marketing Manager, QA Lead, and Creative Director. Erica was responsible for developing the company's marketing communications and brand strategy, as well as creating the company's logo and website. In 2015, they moved to Sequoia Cloud Solutions, A Presidio Company as a QA Engineer and Project and Quality Manager.

In 2018, Erica joined Aspenify as Director of Marketing and Community & Product Evangelist. Erica was responsible for driving community engagement and user experience design in software development. In 2022, they moved to Aspenify UK Ltd. as Director of Marketing.

Additionally, in 2018, Erica joined the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce as a Program Member of Leadership Los Gatos.

Erica L. attended West Valley College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in English with a focus in Technical Writing, Graphic design, and Internet Media. In 2017, they obtained a CSPO\u00ae certification from the Scrum Alliance.
