Patrick Kelly has extensive experience in operations and human resources within the recovery and restaurant industries. Since November 2019, Patrick Kelly has served as the Director of Operations at AspenRidge Recovery, following a role as Human Resources Manager from September 2017 to October 2018, where responsibilities included recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and aligning HR policies with regulatory requirements. Prior to joining AspenRidge Recovery, Patrick Kelly held the position of Multi Unit Operations and Regional Training Project Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from September 1999 to September 2015, focusing on multi-unit operations, budgeting, sales growth, and the development of high-performing teams within a dynamic company culture.
