John Jacobs

John Jacobs is a technology and operations executive currently serving as the Chief Delivery Officer at AspenView Technology Partners, where they oversee service delivery and client success operations. Previously, they held various senior leadership roles at Genworth, including Vice President of Operations, where they led long-term care claims processing and managed a global workforce. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Jacobs has a distinguished military background, having commanded infantry units and received multiple awards for their leadership and valor in combat. They are pursuing three advanced degrees, including an MBA from William & Mary and an MA in Crisis Management from American Military University.
